LK Pipe Holder

Used for fixing pipes at the pipe turns when installing under floor heating using LK Clip Rail or LK System Plate. LK Pipe Holder is also used for fastening the clip rail on to insulation. As standard LK Pipe Holder 65 mm is used. For thin insulation applications the 42 mm version is used.

LK Staples

LK Staples are used with LK′s older Staple Gun (Art.no. 241 81 45, see picture) to fix the floor heating pipe to the insulation in pipe bends and in between clip rails. The staples are delivered in a box with 270 pcs or 300 pcs depending on dimension.

The staples are joined together in rows for easy refill of the staple gun. As standard 50 mm is used, and on concrete slabs with thin insulation the short staple is used.

LK Manifold RF

LK Manifold RF is made of stainless steel, the variants having 2 to 12 floor heating circuits. The manifold is delivered pre-mounted in brackets. The manifold has thermometers on the supply and return, manual air-bleed valves and filling/drain valves. 

The upper manifold marked FLOW (supply) is fitted with flow indicators graded from 0,5-5 l/min and adjustment valves for the adjustment of individual circuit flows. The flow indicators are made of temperature and impact resistant plastic. The plastic is resistant to anti-freeze, as well as glycol and ethanol with up to 50% mix. 

The lower manifold marked RETURN has hand actuators for shutting off individual circuits. The hand actuators are normally replaced with LK Actuator. 

Primary flow and return can be connected from the left or right-hand sides. The manifold is ready to be connected to the left-hand side on delivery. Connection from the right is done by removing the end cap assemblies. Connection dimension 1" female thread.

Marking plates for identifying individual floor heating circuits, assembly instructions and a protective bag used to protect the manifold from e.g. splashes of concrete during the assembly period are enclosed. 

The manifold requires additionally:
Two LK Ball Valves (Art. no. 241 75 50) or LK Ball Valve Angle (Art. no. 241 79 58). Where appropriate, the ball valve is replaced by LK OptiFlow EVO II. See product range for LK Adjustment Valves. 
LK Connection Coupling for pipe range dim: PE-X/PAL pipe in dim 16 (Art. no. 241 72 98) / PE-X pipe in dim 12x2 (Art. no. 241 94 66 ) / PE-X pipe in dim 20x2 (Art. no. 241 94 68). 

Alternatively:
LK Press Connection for pipe dim: PE-X/PAL pipe in dim 16 (Art. no. 187 66 06)/PE-X in dim 20x2 (Art. no. 241 94 70).

LK Connection Couplings for PE-X pipe 8x1, PE-X/PAL pipe 20x2,8 and copper pipe 12x1,0 and 15x1,0 are available as accessories.

LK 1-Circuit Valve

Valve kit for single under floor heating loop. Consists of a control valve and an adjustment valve (return) ?" male thread EuroCone for connecting LK Universal/floor heating pipe.

The kit must be supplemented with LK Connection Coupling RF for pipe range dims:
LK PE-X/PAL pipe dim 16 (Art. no. 241 72 98). 
LK PE-X pipe dim 12x2, (Art. no. 241 94 66).
LK PE-X pipe dim 20x2, (Art. no. 241 94 68).

Alternatively with LK Press Connection:
PE-X/PAL pipe dim 16 (Art. no. 187 66 06).
